Air and water pollution. Deforestation. Green energy initiatives. Waste management. Water usage. Employee gender and diversity. Data security. Customer satisfaction. Company sexual harassment policies. Human rights at home and abroad. Fair labor practices.

  2. How to get started. Large broad SRI mutual funds such as Vanguard Social Index. It follows the FTSE4Good Index. An index is a method to track the performance of a group of stocks. This index: Excludes stocks of certain companies in the following industries: adult entertainment, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, fossil fuels, gambling, and nuclear power, violations of labor rights, human rights, anti-corruption, and environmental standards, and companies that do not meet certain diversity criteria.
